Growing up in Germany formed Jurgen’s early years through the renowned German tenacity of pursuing excellence in engineering. Graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering, he went on to chase his love for all-things computers and software development. This passion led him to build custom software and architecting successful systems for many different industries, including development for embedded systems.

He is exceptionally enthusiastic about shepherding companies, projects and teams into successful enterprises. He has a firm belief that thriving companies are made up of passionate people who love what they do. Helping to facilitate that effort is his prime directive.

Two right-brained activities he enjoys are his love for music, creating soundtracks for movies and the adventurous side of motorcycle riding with his wife of 30+ years.

More than any of these activities, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, which is where his passion for everything else is squarely rooted.
